This was a great class taken by Bill who I always enjoy. He is certainly good for anyones confidence. So how can we boost our confidence?
What is confidence?
Confidence is being sure of yourself, believing you can do something, openess and not being afraid of making mistakes.
If we lack confidence, we lack action.
We started of by looking at where we lacked confidence. Where do you lack confidence?
Then we shifted our focus to where we have confidence. Where in your life have you faith, trust and belief in yourself?
Make some I AM statements.
I am a good listener.
Iam interested in people.
I am caring.
I am to be trusted.
I am diplomatic.

So this is also about building my confidence as a coach ( a confident help can help a client much better) and working towards completing my BIO. I have 2 weeks so watch this space.
