.....and a new start and a new boost of energy and its begins now .
I am ready to publish my blog to the world and commit to blogging at least once a week.
I had another blog before but I kept it private. I needed that to give me confidence, but there comes a time when you have got to stop making excuses and go for it.
I feel quite exposed but I have confidence in you all and hope you enjoy this blog and we can learn and experience this journey of coaching together.
Life Coaching has and is really changing my life. It is amazingly rich and I never stop being surprised. I will be sharing this with you, week in and week out as it is happening.
